Like the spiky fruit known so well for it's stink that you wouldn't dare crack one open in your own kitchen? 

That durian. The folks at Naïve in Lithuania are the global chocolate community's favorite mad scientists and they somehow figured out how to get all of the flavor of durian into a chocolate bar without any of the stench. The end result is a smoother-than-smooth milk chocolate bar that tastes like Stilton and pineapple. Hard to wrap your head around, but well worth the price of admission.

This is a must-try for adventurous eaters.
