Fossa, the tiny chocolate outfit out of Singapore, is best known for their delicate and complex tea-infused chocolate bars. The Ya Shi Xiang (which actually translates to duck shit) tea in this bar was named not for flavor (we cannot stress enough that this bar neither tastes like or contains any duck shit), but as an attempt to hide the secrets to the delicious tea. When folks would ask the farmer why his tea was so good, he would tell folks (inaccurately, mind you) that he simply fertilized the soil with duck shit.
