Raw Cow's Milk
Wilde Weide is a classically Dutch gouda aged by Betty Koster at Fromagerie L'Amuse in Amsterdam. This cheese starts out in the Zwanburgerpolder (hey, I spelled it right on the first shot!) region on a farm that's been in operation for over 115 years where the grass is of such high quality that the pastures themselves are protected by UNESCO. Try this one for breakfast - hard to have a bad day when it starts out with cheese this tasty.
