Pleasant Ridge Reserve is one of the most award-winning cheeses in the US, made seasonally by Andy Hatch at Uplands in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. This farmstead alpine is one of our favorite cheeses hands-down, and we're lucky enough to be one of a small handful of shops in the US that gets to make our own batch selection.
